Assist TDPRM in the exercise of command pertaining to personnel plans and projection; to study and recommend changes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of personnel policies.

Division Functions


  1. To continuously study personnel management and development system; 
  1. To continuously assess effectiveness of personnel policies and recommend charges and adoption of modern system; 
  1. To update personnel plans and policies relative to promotion, demotion and reinstatement, reassignment, procurement, administration, discipline and career management of PNP Personnel; and

  2. To conduct research on personnel matters, inspections and management/operation audit of PNP units in coordination with concerned units and other government agencies.
